- We charge a flat rate of $50 for all shipments. This fee includes shipping, handling, delivery and insurance. All orders are shipped via an insured and trackable carrier, with adult signature required for delivery. Shipping time can vary based on inventory levels and payment method, but most orders are shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. We do not process orders on the weekend.

- Returns & Replacements
- Due to health care laws and regulations regarding the sale of medications, return of medication is prohibited. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, upon the return of all received merchandise we will issue a replacement or full refund, at the customer’s discretion. Returns must be unopened, sealed and in original manufacturer’s containers and boxes. Our responsibility is to properly package and safely ship the order to you using a reputable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Airborne Express or DHL.
